This innovative design was created by Snapp Design, founded in 2001 by Jonathan Fundudis and Renko Nieman, an industrial designer and mechanical engineer, respectively. In 2013, Snapp Design was nominated for the German Design Award by the German Design Council for the innovation of its projects.
